A light yellow robe, with aromas of May-blossom, citrus fruits and buttery toast. Fresh and elegant with notes of citrus and exotic fruits. Delicious on it's own or with fish, oysters or soft cheeses. Best served at 10°C.

Soil
Montpeyroux highlands, windy terraces, clay and limestone soil. Mediterranean climate. Facing south-east in the foothills of the Cevennes, below the Larzac highlands, the vineyards are protected from cold winds and frost by Mont Baudile (altitude 848 m/2750 ft) and the Seranne massif. The vineyard of Montpeyroux has been producing wines since Roman times.
Winemaking
From vigns of 10 years, the grapes are selectionned with good maturity. The wine is traditionally vinified, reveals concentration, fruit and freshness.
