Tasting Notes
Brilliant Pink Rosé with aromas of white peach and citrus fruit on the nose. Hints of mineral and spice, attacking freshness with hints of rasberry and redcurrant on the palate. This wine is good on its own or with BBQ summer dishes, cold meats, even spicy chinese and Thai dishes. A fruity Rosé with lots of personality. Serve at 15°C as a partner for char grilled chicken, vegetarian dishes or pasta.
