Soil

Montpeyroux highlands, windy terraces, clay and limestone soil. Mediterranean climate. Facing south-east in the foothills of the Cevennes, below the Larzac highlands, the vineyards are protected from cold winds and frost by Mont Baudile (altitude 848 m/2750 ft) and the Seranne massif.

Winemaking

From vigns of 10 years, the grapes are selectionned with good maturity and carefully destemmed. The wine is traditionally vinified, reveals concentration, fruit and colour. Pumping over and release operations favour juice extraction.
